Benidin T Tablet 15 is used for the following:

• Treatment of high blood pressure

• Prevention of heart attacks and strokes

• Relaxation of narrowed blood vessels

• Improvement of blood flow throughout the body

• Management of cardiovascular health

• Regulation of body fluid balance

• Control of long-term hypertension

Follow these instructions while taking Benidin T Tablet 15:

• Take this medicine orally with a glass of water.

• Take it at the same time each day, preferably with food or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Benidin T Tablet 15 is taken orally.

Benidin T Tablet 15 contains two active ingredients:

• Benidipine (4 mg): As a calcium channel blocker, benidipine works by preventing calcium from entering the muscle cells lining your blood vessels. This action helps relax and widen your blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more smoothly and reducing blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): This component belongs to the group of angiotensin II receptor antagonists. It blocks the action of a hormone called angiotensin II that causes blood vessels to narrow. By blocking this hormone, telmisartan helps blood vessels relax and widen, which lowers blood pressure.

• Store Benidin T Tablet 15 at room temperature (20-25°C).

• Keep the medicine in its original packaging until ready to use.

• Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• Store in a safe place out of reach of children.

• Do not use the medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Follow a low-salt diet to help manage your high blood pressure (hypertension). Reduce intake of processed foods, canned soups, and salty snacks, as they can counteract the effects of your blood pressure medicine.

• Engage in regular moderate physical activity like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily. Regular exercise helps your blood vessels remain flexible and supports the blood pressure-lowering action of Benidin T Tablet 15.
