Avace Sp Tablet is used to manage joint and muscle disorders in adults, providing relief from pain, swelling, and stiffness caused by conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and spondylitis.

Uses of Avace Sp Tablet are:

• Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis: Relieves joint pain, swelling, and stiffness.
• Spondylitis: Eases pain and stiffness in the spine and joints.
• Back Pain and Muscle Strains: Helps relieve low back pain and muscle strain caused by injury.
• Post-Surgical Discomfort: Helps ease pain and swelling following surgery.

Avace Sp Tablet consists of three active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This ingredient is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It selectively inhibits an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is crucial for producing prostaglandins - substances that cause inflammation, pain, and fever in the body. By reducing prostaglandin synthesis, aceclofenac helps decrease pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Paracetamol changes how your body senses pain and cools down your body. It's useful in managing mild to moderate pain and reducing fever. It complements aceclofenac's anti-inflammatory action by providing additional pain relief.
• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): Derived from a type of bacteria called Serratia marcescens, serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme. It breaks down inflammatory mediators, such as bradykinin and histamine, and aids in the absorption of inflammatory exudates. This enhances the anti-inflammatory effects of aceclofenac and promotes healing.
