• As a part of combo therapy involving doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide, for operable node-positive breast cancer.

• Controlling locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), after platinum-based therapy failure.

• Working with cisplatin to manage NSCLC in patients who are new to chemotherapy.

• Handling hormone-refractory metastatic prostate cancer, alongside prednisone.

• Combating advanced gastric adenocarcinoma, including adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction, in conjunction with cisplatin and fluorouracil for previously untreated patients.

• Managing locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN), in combination with cisplatin and fluorouracil as part of induction therapy.
