Anosure Cream 30gm is used to:

• Relieve pain associated with anal fissures
• Reduce burning and discomfort in the anal region
• Promote healing of anal fissures
• Reduce anal sphincter spasm contributing to fissure pain
• Reduce discomfort during bowel movements

Follow these instructions while using Anosure Cream 30gm:

• Apply the cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Clean and gently dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a small amount to the affected area using clean hands or an applicator if provided.
• Wash your hands before and after application.
• Avoid excessive application or prolonged use without medical advice.

Anosure Cream 30gm is applied topically to the anal region.

Anosure Cream 30gm contains the following components:

• Lidocaine hydrochloride (1.5%): This is a local anaesthetic that blocks sodium channels in nerve endings, preventing transmission of pain signals from the affected area to the brain. This produces temporary numbness and provides relief from pain, burning, and discomfort associated with anal fissures, especially during bowel movements.
• Nifedipine (0.3%): This is a calcium channel blocker that acts as a smooth muscle relaxant when applied topically. It helps relax the internal anal sphincter muscle, reducing pressure and improving blood flow in the fissure area. Improved circulation promotes healing and reduces pain and sphincter spasm over time.
