Amphen 125 MG Syrup 60 ML may interact with the following medicines:

• Anticoagulants such as warfarin: Concurrent use may increase the blood-thinning effects and raise the risk of bleeding.
• Antiepileptic medicines such as phenytoin: Chloramphenicol may increase the blood levels of phenytoin, increasing the risk of toxicity.
• Bone marrow-suppressing medicines such as chemotherapy agents: Concomitant use may increase the risk of blood-related side effects and bone marrow suppression.
• Rifampicin: Concurrent use may reduce the effectiveness of chloramphenicol by increasing its breakdown in the body.

Amphen 125 MG Syrup 60 ML may interact with diseases, including:

• Blood disorders: This medicine should be used cautiously in patients with existing blood disorders, as it may affect bone marrow function.
• Chloramphenicol-induced toxicity: Patients with a history of chloramphenicol-induced toxicity should avoid reuse of Amphen 125 MG Syrup 60 ML, as repeated exposure may increase the risk of serious adverse effects such as bone marrow suppression, aplastic anaemia, or blood cell abnormalities. 

The daily dose of Amphen 125 MG Syrup 60 ML should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may vary depending on the severity of infection and response to treatment.

Overdose of Amphen 125 MG Syrup 60 ML may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, breathing difficulty, or circulatory problems. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of Amphen 125 MG Syrup 60 ML, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
