Aldrofos 70mg Tablet 4 is used for the following:

• Treatment of osteoporosis in women after menopause

• Prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women

• Treatment of osteoporosis in men

• Management of bone loss from steroid medicines

• Treatment of Paget's disease of bone

• Prevention of fractures in weak bones

• Increasing bone mineral density

• Strengthening bones in older adults

• Slowing down excessive bone breakdown

Follow these instructions while taking Aldrofos 70mg Tablet 4:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water.

• Take it first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before any food or drink.

• Remain upright (sitting or standing) for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.

• Do not crush, chew, or suck on the tablet.

• Consult your doctor if you have trouble swallowing this medicine.

Aldrofos 70mg Tablet 4 is taken orally.

Aldrofos 70mg Tablet 4 contains alendronic acid (70 mg), which works on the body as follows:
