Alcoran 5 Tablet 20 is used to manage and reduce chest pain (angina) caused by reduced blood flow to the heart in adults, particularly for those who cannot tolerate beta-blockers.

Uses of Alcoran 5 Tablet 20 are:

• Angina (Chest Pain): Opens potassium channels in blood vessels, widening them to improve blood and oxygen flow to the heart muscle.
• Exercise Tolerance Support: Helps reduce chest pain triggered by physical activity, supporting day-to-day activities.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
