ADALFLAM MR Tablet is used to relieve muscle pain, stiffness and spasms associated with musculoskeletal conditions. It contains thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant that eases involuntary muscle contractions, together with aceclofenac, an NSAID. It also contains paracetamol.
Thiocolchicoside eases involuntary muscle contractions and spasm, while aceclofenac reduces the inflammation that contributes to pain and swelling, together relieving acute muscle pain and stiffness.
Take this tablet with food, at the dose and frequency your doctor prescribes, and use it for the shortest time needed to control your symptoms, generally no more than seven days.
Tell your doctor if you have stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems, or heart disease, as this combination needs caution in these conditions. Avoid alcohol, and do not exceed the prescribed dose.
