ACSENT FORTE Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with joint and musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

Uses of ACSENT FORTE Tablet are:

• Arthritis Pain: Relieves pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
• Post-Injury and Post-Surgical Pain: Manages discomfort following an injury or surgery.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing it.
• You should preferably take it after meals to minimise potential stomach upset.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Acsent Forte 100/500/15 Mg Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Acsent Forte 100/500/15 Mg Tablet 10 is a combination medication that contains three active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that works by selectively inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This enzyme plays a key role in causing inflammation and pain in your body.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (500 mg): It is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine that relieves pain and reduces fever. It does so by inhibiting the synthesis of substances called prostaglandins in the central nervous system, which are responsible for pain and fever sensations.
• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): is an enzyme derived from the bacteria Serratia marcescens. It works by breaking down fibrin, which helps reduce inflammation and swelling. It also deactivates bradykinin, a substance that causes inflammation.
