ACOMORE OD 300 TABLET 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Anticholinergic medicines such as atropine: Concurrent use may reduce the prokinetic effect of acotiamide and decrease its effectiveness in improving gastric motility.
• Cholinergic medicines such as bethanechol: Combined use may enhance cholinergic activity and increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects such as abdominal cramps or diarrhoea.
• Other prokinetic medicines such as domperidone: Concurrent use should be monitored carefully to avoid excessive gastrointestinal stimulation and overlapping side effects.
• Medicines affecting gastric emptying: Acotiamide may alter the absorption of certain medicines by affecting stomach motility and gastric emptying time.

ACOMORE OD 300 TABLET 10 may interact with diseases/conditions, including:

• Gastrointestinal obstruction: Use cautiously in patients with suspected intestinal obstruction or severe gastrointestinal disorders, as increased gastrointestinal motility may worsen symptoms.
• Severe gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation: Increased gastrointestinal motility may not be appropriate in these conditions.

The daily dose of ACOMORE OD 300 TABLET 10 should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may vary depending on the severity of the condition and individual response to treatment. Do not alter the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

An overdose of ACOMORE OD 300 TABLET 10 may cause severe gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, or excessive cholinergic effects. Seek medical attention if an overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of ACOMORE OD 300 TABLET 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one.
