Composition

Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Paracetamol/acetaminophen (325 Mg)

Acloflex P 100/500 Tablet 10 is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as headache, muscle pain, joint pain and arthritis. It is a combination medicine containing aceclofenac and paracetamol, and belongs to the class of NSAID and analgesic medicines.

This medicine combines aceclofenac, which blocks enzymes responsible for producing substances that cause pain and inflammation, with paracetamol, which enhances the pain-relieving effect and helps manage any associated fever.

Do not exceed the recommended dose, as excessive paracetamol can be harmful to the liver.

Tell your doctor about any history of stomach ulcers, asthma or heart disease, and about any other medicines you are taking, before starting this medicine. Do not take this medicine with other medicines containing paracetamol or other NSAIDs unless advised by your doctor. Use Acloflex P Tablet 10 following these instructions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid breaking, chewing, or crushing the tablet.
Always follow the recommended dose provided by your doctor.

Acloflex P Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Acloflex P 100/500 Tablet 10 may cause some side effects that are usually mild and go away as your body adjusts to the medicine.

Digestive: Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain and diarrhoea.
Neurological: Dizziness and sleepiness.

Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. These chemical messengers are key to inflammation, pain, and fever. By blocking the action of cyclooxygenases-2 enzyme, aceclofenac reduces the inflammation, pain, and fever associated with musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, and injuries.
