Acezo Plus 100/325/10 Mg Tablet 10 is a pain relief and anti-inflammatory medicine used to relieve pain and swelling in conditions such as arthritis, muscle spasms and soft tissue injuries. It is a combination medicine containing aceclofenac (a pain and inflammation reliever), paracetamol (a pain and fever reliever) and serratiopeptidase (an enzyme that helps reduce swelling), and belongs to a class of medicines called NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) combinations.
This medicine works by lowering the chemicals in the body that cause pain, fever and inflammation, while the enzyme helps ease swelling. It is also used for dental pain, headaches and menstrual cramps. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, usually after food to reduce stomach upset, and take it for the shortest time your doctor advises.
Gentle rest and avoiding strain on the affected joint or muscle can help pain settle faster. Limiting alcohol and staying well hydrated may reduce the strain on your stomach and kidneys.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have stomach ulcers, kidney, liver or heart problems, high blood pressure or a bleeding disorder, and avoid other paracetamol or NSAID medicines at the same time. Get medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine or unusual bruising. It should be avoided in pregnancy, especially the last three months, and during breastfeeding.
