CompositionAceloflam XP Tablet is a combination pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory medicine used to manage moderate pain, swelling, and joint stiffness associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also effective for acute lower back pain, dental pain, earache, and musculoskeletal injuries.
It contains aceclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. Together, they block chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation. Take the tablet with or after food with a full glass of water to reduce stomach upset.
Complementary non-pharmacological measures can aid pain relief and joint health. Gentle physical therapy, applying heat or cold packs as appropriate, maintaining a healthy body weight, and staying well hydrated support recovery and joint mobility.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, asthma, severe heart failure, liver problems, or kidney disease. Do not take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time to avoid accidental overdose. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
