Acecare Sp Tablet 10 is a combination medication with three active ingredients each contributing to its pain-relieving effect:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This ingredient is an NSAID that works by blocking cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in your body which produce prostaglandins substances that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin synthesis, aceclofenac helps manage these symptoms.
