3 Vc Vaginal Suppositories 3 are used to manage bacterial vaginosis (BV), vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), and mixed vaginal infections. These suppositories are also used to treat recurrent vaginal infections, providing relief from discomfort and restoring the balance of the vaginal flora.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the suppository.
• Choose a comfortable position, such as lying on your back with your knees bent.
• Remove the suppository from the packaging.
• Gently insert the suppository into the vagina using the applicator provided or your finger. Push it as far as it comfortably goes.
• Dispose the applicator or wash it thoroughly for reuse.
• Rewash your hands after insertion.

3 Vc Vaginal Suppositories 3 is used for vaginal administration only.

3 Vc Vaginal Suppositories 3 contains two active ingredients: clindamycin and clotrimazole.

• Clindamycin (100 mg): It inhibits bacterial growth in the vaginal tract by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria.
• Clotrimazole (200 mg): It inhibits the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep 3 Vc Vaginal Suppositories 3 away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Practice hygiene by washing the external genital area with mild, unscented soap and water. Avoid douching, as it disrupts the natural balance of the vaginal flora and can increase the risk of infections.
• Opt for loose-fitting clothing, preferably made of natural, breathable fabrics like cotton. Avoid tight synthetic materials that can trap moisture and heat, creating an environment favourable for the growth of bacteria and fungi.
• Avoid scented products, including soaps, detergents, feminine hygiene sprays, and scented products. These can irritate the delicate vaginal tissues and disrupt the natural pH balance.
• Drink adequate water daily to help maintain overall vaginal health and prevent dryness.
• Use barrier methods, such as condoms, to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) that can contribute to vaginal infections.
