Cinnamon tea preparation- Take a few cinnamon sticks and keep them in a mug, to this later add boiled water and let it sit for at least 10 mins with the lid closed. To this preparation add a teabag and again let it sit for a few mins and then take out the cinnamon stick as well as the tea bag from the mug. The cinnamon tea is ready to be served warm.

For a creamier drink, add warm milk (or a dairy-free substitute) and sweeten it to taste with honey or maple syrup before serving.
