• For cough and sore throat, mix 7-8 drops with half a teaspoon of sugar or honey. Consume 3-4 times daily for 2-3 days.
• For stomach troubles, mix 8-10 drops with half a cup of regular or lukewarm water and consume as needed.
• For cold and flu, mix 7-8 drops in water, tea, coffee or betel leaves, three times a day. Gently rubbing a few drops on your neck, chest and nose, twice a day, helping to clear congestion and ease symptoms.
• For loose motion/dysentery, take 8-10 drops mixed with a teaspoon of butter, ghee, olive oil or 2 teaspoons of curd/yoghurt, three times a day with a gap of 2-3 hours. Accompany this remedy with a diet of barley water, ganji or sabudana to support recovery.
• For throat trouble, add 12-15 drops to 2-3 glasses of boiling water and inhale the vapour through your mouth, three times a day.
• For toothache, apply a cotton swab soaked in Zinda Tilismath to the affected part of the gum, repeating every 2 hours until the pain subsides.
• For headache, gently rub 6-8 drops of ZT on your forehead, repeating after 2 hours if necessary.
• For ear trouble, mix 6 drops of ZT with a teaspoon of lukewarm coconut oil and apply it to the affected ear, plugging it with cotton.
• For pains, mix equal quantities with olive oil or any other oil and apply gently to the affected area, keeping it warm to enhance its effectiveness. 
• For chronic pains, a mixture of kerosene oil can provide extended relief, helping to soothe persistent discomfort.
