Vicks Vaporub 50ml

Vicks Vaporub 50ml is used for supporting respiratory system health. This vaporoub is a topical product which may help in managing symptoms related to cold and cough. It helps support breathing difficulty, body aches, cough, blocked nose, headaches and muscular stiffness. This vaporub works temporarily to manage cough, blocked nose and breathing difficulty after applying it on recommended parts of the body and may last up to 8 hours. 

• Pudina: Pudina, or mint, is known for its refreshing and cooling properties. It may help soothe digestive issues such as indigestion and bloating. Additionally, its menthol content may help in managing respiratory congestion, easing symptoms like a blocked nose and sore throat. Mint also offers a calming effect and can be used to alleviate headaches.
   
• Karpoor: Karpoor, or camphor, is a well-known ingredient with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It may support respiratory health by reducing nasal congestion and coughs. Its strong aroma has a calming effect that may help alleviate headaches and provide a sense of relaxation when used in aromatherapy. 
   
• Ajwain (Carum copticum): It helps support respiratory issues and soothe coughs.
   
• Tarpin Oil: Tarpin oil is commonly used for its soothing and antiseptic properties. It may support respiratory health by reducing symptoms of nasal congestion and coughs. • Soothes Headaches and Muscular Stiffness: Vicks Vaporub may assist in managing headaches and muscular stiffness, providing a calming effect and easing discomfort when applied to the neck and shoulders.

• Apply on the chest, throat and back to manage cold-related symptoms. 
• Add one to two teaspoons to a bowl of hot water (not boiling). 
• Cover your head with a towel. Lean over a bowl to form a tent.
• Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes. 
• Repeat up to three times per day. 
• Use as prescribed by the physician.

• Don’t take it by mouth or place it in your nostrils. 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor if illness persists for over a week if used by children less than 2 years or if pregnant /breastfeeding. 
• Don’t use it on broken/damaged/bandaged skin.
• For Steam Inhalation – Don’t add Vaporub into boiling water. 
• Don’t heat or reheat (using stove /microwave) Vaporub together with water. 
• Steam inhalation is suitable for use on adults and children older than 6 years. Closely supervise children to avoid scalding. 
• Use care when using hot water.
