Tynor D 01 Small Ankle Binder is used for supporting, compressing and partially immobilising the ankle following sprains, muscle or tendon injuries and inflammation. It helps control pain and swelling effectively. This binder includes an elastic strap that wraps in a figure-eight pattern to stabilise the joint, manage inversion/eversion injuries and offer controlled compression. It features a bi-layered construction: a dermophilic cotton interior for sweat absorption and comfort, and a durable nylon exterior, knitted in 3D for anatomical fit and flexibility. The binder’s ergonomic shape with a closed heel ensures a snug fit that conforms to the ankle’s natural shape, while dual-grip zones secure placement and ease of movement. The fabric retains body heat, providing therapeutic warmth that can support faster recovery and pain relief.

• Ensure you're using the Small size only if your ankle circumference (measured ~2 inches above the inner ankle bone) is between 18–21 cm. A proper fit ensures effective support and comfort.
• Slide your foot into the binder like a sock, ensuring the heel sits comfortably in the closed heel pocket. Pull the binder up until it fits snugly around your ankle.
• Use the attached elastic strap to wrap around your ankle in a figure-eight pattern. This provides additional compression and helps stabilise the joint against sideways movement.
• Once wrapped, secure the end of the strap using the hook-and-loop (Velcro) fastener. Adjust the tension to a firm but comfortable level, tight enough to compress, not so that it restricts circulation.
• Use during walking, light activity or recovery as advised. It can also be worn during sleep if suggested by a doctor, especially to control swelling.
• Take off the binder during bathing. It is washable, clean it regularly with mild detergent and air-dry. Do not machine wash or iron. Reapply once fully dry.
