About Sumo Gel 75 GM

Sumo pain relief gel is a pain reliever and oedema reducer for your joints and muscles. It can be used to treat sprains, strains, and bruises, among other problems. It can also be used to treat osteoarthritis and tendonitis (such as tennis elbow).

Depending on the severity of your problem, Sumo Gel can be applied 2 to 4 times per day to the affected area. Sumo pain relief gel should be applied to the skin slowly and evenly until it is rubbed in. It should not be used too frequently, and the treated region should not be covered with a bandage or plaster.

Although this is a safe medication with few adverse effects, it is possible to develop a skin rash, itching, reddening, or burning of the skin. A skin rash may occasionally be an indication of a serious allergic reaction. Inform your doctor immediately if you get rash blistering. Sumo Gel is not suggested during pregnancy or nursing, and should not be used if you are already using diclofenac (or a comparable medication).

Medicine Activity

How Sumo Gel 75 GM Works

Diclofenac, Capsaicin, Methyl salicylate, Eucalyptus oil, Camphor, and Menthol are the six medications present in Sumo Gel. Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate function by inhibiting the action of cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, which produce another molecule called prostaglandin (PG). Because COX enzymes are inhibited, fewer PGs are created, resulting in mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the wounded or damaged location. Capsaicin works as an analgesic by preventing pain messengers from reaching the nerves. Eucalyptus oil has anti-inflammatory properties. Camphor and menthol produce a cooling sensation by dilation of the blood vessels, followed by analgesia. Sumo Spray 50gm works together to provide pain relief.
