Ketost Soap 75gm is used for managing dandruff, flaky scalp, and seborrheic dermatitis. It is formulated with Ketoconazole (1%) and Zinc Pyrithione (1%), which work together to combat fungal infections and scalp irritation. Ketoconazole, an antifungal agent, disrupts fungal cell membranes, inhibiting their growth. Zinc Pyrithione has antifungal and antibacterial properties that help control dandruff and reduce scalp inflammation. This soap effectively relieves itching, redness, and irritation, commonly caused by sweat retention, humidity, and fungal overgrowth. Its rich lather cleanses the scalp, removing excess oil and flakes, and leaving hair refreshed.
