• Anticoagulants such as warfarin: Coenzyme Q10 may affect blood clotting parameters and alter the effectiveness of anticoagulant medicines, potentially affecting blood-thinning control. Regular monitoring of clotting parameters may be required during combined use.
• Thyroid medicines such as levothyroxine: Zinc supplements may interfere with their absorption when taken simultaneously, thereby reducing their effectiveness. Maintaining an adequate interval between administrations may be advisable.
• Antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin or doxycycline: Zinc may bind to certain antibiotics in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing their absorption and effectiveness. A time interval between the medicines may help minimise this interaction.
• Antidiabetic medicines such as metformin or insulin: Coenzyme Q10 may influence blood sugar levels and may enhance or alter the effects of blood sugar-lowering medicines. Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels may be required during combined use.

If you miss a dose of FERPILL M TABLET 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
