Dontec 5 % Ointment 15 GM

Dontec 5% Ointment is used for managing microbial contamination. It supports hygienic healing of wounds by delivering broad-spectrum antimicrobial action. Formulated with 5% Povidone Iodine, this ointment helps reduce the presence of microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, yeasts, spores, protozoa, and viruses. Ideal for minor cuts, burns, surgical wounds, and skin infections, the ointment spreads easily over the skin and does not stain. It is commonly used in first aid kits, hospitals, clinics, and for home care. 

• Povidone Iodine (5% w/w): Povidone Iodine is a stable chemical complex of iodine with povidone that helps manage a wide range of pathogens. It releases iodine slowly at the application site, helping disinfect wounds and reducing microbial presence.
