Ctk Hiv Test Kit Pack Of 30 is used for detecting HIV antibodies in human blood, serum, or plasma. The test kit is based on the double-antigen method, also known as double antigen sandwich ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay). This test requires only 20 µL of specimen and it can be performed using serum, plasma, or whole blood, offering versatility for different types of samples. This antigen-antibody panel rapid test is a noninvasive diagnostic method and can be performed in 15 minutes by minimally skilled personnel without using laboratory equipment.

• One Cassette Device (HIV/SYP (left) and HBV/HCV (right) Cassettes: The cassette device contains two separate test strips, one for the detection of HIV and Syphilis antibodies (located on the left side) and the other for Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and Hepatitis C antibodies (on the right side). 
   
• One Desiccant: The desiccant is included to absorb moisture and maintain the integrity and stability of the test components within the packaging.  
   
• Capillary tubes (20 uL): These precision capillary tubes collect and measure an exact volume of 20 microlitres of the specimen. 
   
• Sample Diluent HS (Specific for HIV/Syphilis Ab Test, REF SB-R0038HS, pink cap, 5 mL/bottle): This sample diluent is specially formulated to be used with the HIV and Syphilis antibody test cassette.  
   
• Sample Diluent BC (Specific for HBsAg/HCV Ab Test, REF SB-R0038BC, white cap, 5 mL/bottle): It is made specifically for the Hepatitis B surface antigen and Hepatitis C antibody tests, this sample diluent comes in a 5 mL bottle with a white cap.  
   
• Plastic Droppers: The plastic droppers included in the kit are used to transfer the sample or diluent onto the cassette device in a controlled manner. 

• Early HIV Detection: The kit utilises a third-generation double antigen sandwich ELISA method, which might enhances sensitivity to detect HIV antibodies at an early stage of infection.

• To use the test kit, first ensure all components are at room temperature and the packaging is intact. 
• Open the individually sealed foil pouch and remove the cassette device. 
• Use the capillary tube to collect 20 µL of the specimen—either serum, plasma, or whole blood. 
• Add the specimen to the designated sample well on the cassette. 
• Then, add the appropriate sample diluent: use the pink-capped diluent for the HIV and Syphilis test, and the white-capped diluent for the Hepatitis B and C test. 
• Apply the diluent carefully with the plastic dropper as instructed. 
• Wait for 15 minutes without disturbing the cassette, then read the results according to the provided guidelines. 
• A positive result is indicated by visible coloured lines appearing in both the test and control regions, while a negative result shows a coloured line only in the control region.
• Dispose of all used materials safely after completion.

• Storage temperature is 2-30°Celsius.
