Cremom Sp Suspension is used for softening stool and increasing intestinal movement for prompt relief. Liquid paraffin soothes the bowel mucosa and helps form softer, more easily passed stool, which is ideal for chronic or post-operative constipation. Milk of magnesia draws water into the intestine, easing bowel movement without harsh stimulants, which results in fewer cramps and is safer for regular use. 

• Liquid Paraffin: Liquid Paraffin is a lubricating laxative that coats the intestinal walls and softens stools, easing their passage through the bowel. It reduces friction and helps relieve constipation without stimulating bowel muscles, making it suitable for chronic cases or post-surgical use. It is gentle and non-irritating. 
   
• Milk of Magnesia (Magnesium Hydroxide): Magnesium Hydroxide, also known as milk of magnesia, is an osmotic laxative that draws water into the intestines.
