Clotriwal 1% Ointment is used for managing a wide range of fungal infections by addressing microbial overgrowth on the skin. Acting as a broad-spectrum antimycotic and antifungal ointment, it works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane integrity, thereby helping reduce the infection. This ointment is specially formulated with Clotrimazole, known for its effectiveness against fungal and yeast overgrowth. It is beneficial in managing symptoms such as itching, redness, and irritation associated with conditions like athlete’s foot, ringworm, jock itch, and candidiasis. 

• Clotrimazole (1%): Clotrimazole is an imidazole antifungal agent known for its ability to manage fungal infections of the skin. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a critical component of fungal cell membranes. This disrupts membrane integrity, resulting in the death of the fungal cells.
