Ad Mela Tx Spf 15 Cream is used for managing hyperpigmentation concerns such as melasma, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. Enriched with active ingredients like Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, and Dead Sea minerals, it works synergistically to help lighten pigmentation, exfoliate dead skin cells, and promote a brighter complexion. 

• Tranexamic Acid: It is a powerful skin-brightening ingredient commonly used to manage hyperpigmentation, melasma, and dark spots. It works by inhibiting the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for dark patches by blocking the interaction between skin cells and UV light-induced inflammation.
