Zole It 100 Capsule 7 is used to treat fungal infections by inhibiting the growth of infection-causing fungi. It is effective in managing conditions such as oral thrush, vaginal yeast infections, and fungal skin infections, helping reduce redness, itching, and irritation.
Follow these steps while taking Zole It 100 Capsule 7:
Take the capsule orally with a full meal for maximum absorption.
Swallow the capsule whole. Do not crush, chew, or open it.
Always take this medicine as per your doctor's advice.
Remember to complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve earlier.
Zole It 100 Capsule 7 is taken orally.
Zole It 100 Capsule 7 may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, dizziness, headache, itching, or mild skin rash. Increased liver enzymes may also occur in some cases. If these side effects do not improve, consult your doctor.

Zole It 100 Capsule 7 contains itraconazole (100 mg). Here's how it works:
Inhibition of Ergosterol Synthesis: Itraconazole works by blocking the production of ergosterol, a crucial component of fungal cell membranes. Ergosterol helps maintain the structure and function of these membranes.
Increasing Cell Membrane Permeability: By inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, itraconazole increases the permeability of the fungal cell membrane. This disrupts the cellular environment and results in essential components leaking out.
Fungal Growth Arrest: The disruption caused by itraconazole leads to growth arrest or death of susceptible fungi, effectively managing the infection by preventing new fungal growth and impairing existing ones.
Zole It 100 Capsule 7 is warned against use during pregnancy. If you're pregnant or trying to conceive, discuss this with your doctor before starting this medicine.
Zole It 100 Capsule 7 should strictly be used during breastfeeding under your doctor’s supervision.
Consult your doctor about your alcohol consumption while taking this medicine.
Caution is advised while taking this medicine if you have mild to moderate liver impairment. This medicine isn't recommended for severe liver diseases. Discuss any liver health issues with your doctor before starting this medicine as it may affect liver function.

Galactose Intolerance: Patients with hereditary galactose intolerance might experience adverse reactions when taking this medicine.
