Volflam Mr Tablet 10 may interact with the following medications:

• Antihypertensives such as propranolol: May reduce blood pressure-lowering effects and increase kidney-related risks.
• Diuretics such as furosemide and thiazides: Increased risk of kidney toxicity when used together.
• Cardiac glycosides such as digoxin: Reduced clearance may increase toxicity risk.
• Other NSAIDs or aspirin: Increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and adverse effects.
• Immunosuppressants such as methotrexate or ciclosporin: May increase toxicity due to reduced elimination.

Volflam Mr Tablet 10 should be used with caution in patients with:

Overdose of Volflam Mr Tablet 10 may cause nausea, vomiting, excessive drowsiness, confusion, slowed breathing, abdominal pain, or indigestion. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular schedule. Do not take extra tablets to compensate.
