Vicks Vaporub 2 GM

Vicks Vaporub 2 GM is used for supporting respiratory health. The vaporub is formulated with menthol, camphor, and eucalyptus oil may provide a soothing sensation when applied to the chest, throat, or back. These ingredients help ease nasal congestion and support clearer breathing, especially during seasonal changes. The vapours released may work for up to eight hours, making it ideal for use at bedtime to help manage discomfort through the night. 

• Pudinah Ice Phool (Menthol): Menthol is known for its cooling and soothing effect on the skin and senses. It produces a gentle sensation that may relieve the feeling of nasal stuffiness and support easier breathing when inhaled. 
   
• Karpoor (Camphor): Camphor is a well-known ingredient with a sharp, penetrating fragrance that may clear airways. When applied externally, it gives a warming or cooling effect and helps support easy breathing. 
   
• Nilgiri Tel (Eucalyptus Oil): Eucalyptus oil has a distinct, strong aroma that may assist in clearing the nasal passages and reducing congestion. It is commonly used in vapour-based products to support the respiratory system. 
   
• Ajowan Ke Phool: Ajowan are known for its sharp, aromatic qualities. The vapours released from this ingredient may support ease in breathing and bring comfort during cold seasons. It is often included in blends that focus on managing stuffy or heavy feelings in the head and chest.
   
• Tarpin Ka Tel: Turpentine oil has a strong aroma that can stimulate the senses and support easier breathing. It is often used in chest rubs and balms designed for seasonal wellness.
   
• Jatiphal Tel: Nutmeg oil has a warm, spicy aroma and is traditionally used in external preparations to support comfort and relaxation. When blended into vapour-based products, it may help manage cold or congestion.
   
• Other Ingredients: Base q.s.

• Manages Nasal Congestion: The strong, aromatic vapours from menthol, eucalyptus oil, and camphor may support clearer breathing by reducing nasal blockage. 
   
• Minimises Cough and Cold: When applied to the chest and throat, the warming and cooling effects of camphor and menthol may help create a soothing sensation, which may help in managing chest heaviness and throat irritation.
   
• Alleviates Headache: Ajowan ke phool and eucalyptus oil are known for their intense, penetrating aromas. When inhaled, these may reduce headaches caused by congestion or a mild cold.
   
• Manages Body Aches: The warming action of turpentine oil and nutmeg oil may bring comfort when gently massaged into sore areas such as the back, neck, or shoulders. 
   
• Supports Restful Sleep During Cold: The slow-release vapours of menthol, camphor, and eucalyptus oil may last up to eight hours, which may help in managing discomfort during sleep.

• Apply to the chest, throat and back to manage cold-related symptoms. 
• Add one to two teaspoons to a bowl of hot water (not boiling). 
• Cover your head with a towel. 
• Lean over a bowl to form a tent.
• Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes. 
• Repeat up to three times per day. 
• As prescribed by the physician.

• For external use only.
• Don’t take it by mouth or place it in your nostrils. 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor if illness persists for over a week, or if used by children less than 2 years or if pregnant /breastfeeding. 
• Don’t use it on broken/damaged/bandaged skin.
• For Steam Inhalation, don’t add Vaporub into boiling water. 
• Don’t heat or reheat (using stove /microwave) Vaporub together with water. 
• Steam inhalation is suitable for use on adults and children older than 6 years. Closely supervise children to avoid scalding. 
• Use care when using hot water.
