Ulsor Mouth Gel 10Gm

Ulsor Gel is used to relieve mouth ulcers and gum pain.

Uses of Ulsor Gel are:

• Mouth Ulcers: Relieves painful mouth ulcers and oral wounds.
• Gum Inflammation: Eases swelling, redness and irritation of the gums.
• Pain Relief: Numbs the sore area to ease discomfort while eating or speaking.

• Rinse your mouth with water before application. 
• Use a clean finger or cotton swab to apply a small amount of gel to the affected area in the mouth. 
• Repeat this process 2-3 times daily or per your doctor's instructions. 
• Refrain from washing your mouth or drinking water for 30 minutes after application.

Ulsor Gel is for external use only, so apply it to the affected area as directed.

Ulsor Gel contains the following components:

• Cetylpyridinium Chloride (0.02 w/w): It is an antiseptic. It works by disrupting bacterial cell membranes and altering their metabolism, which stops the bacteria from growing and surviving. This prevents mouth sores from getting infected and supports healing.
• Lidocaine / Lignocaine (6% w/w): It is a local anaesthetic that numbs the affected area, relieving tooth or gum pain. This helps in managing discomfort associated with oral conditions.

The storage instructions for Ulsor Gel are as follows:

• Ulsor Gel should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Maintain meticulous oral hygiene by brushing your teeth at least twice daily and flossing daily to remove plaque and prevent buildup along the gumline.
• Use an antiseptic or medicated mouthwash recommended by your dentist to help control bacterial growth in your mouth.
• Consume a well-balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C, which supports gum health. Include fruits, vegetables, and dairy products in your meals.
• Stay adequately hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Water helps flush away food particles and bacteria, reducing the risk of gum inflammation.
• Schedule regular dental check-ups and cleanings to monitor your oral health and address any issues early on. Your dentist can provide personalised advice based on your specific condition.
