• Potassium Nitrate: This active ingredient effectively blocks the nerve signals that transmit pain, providing relief from tooth sensitivity. By minimising discomfort when consuming hot, cold, or sweet foods and beverages, it helps protect your teeth from sensitivity-related pain.
   
• Sodium Monofluorophosphate: A potent agent that strengthens tooth enamel and safeguards against decay, sodium monofluorophosphate plays a crucial role in protecting teeth from bacteria that lead to cavities. It supports overall dental health and provides long-lasting protection.

• Apply at least an inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by the dentist.
• Make sure to brush all the sensitive areas of the teeth.
• Avoid swallowing the toothpaste.
• Spit it out after brushing.
