• Protease inhibitors: Medicines like ritonavir or atazanavir may increase the levels of Turbovas-10 Tablet in your body, potentially leading to an increased risk of muscle problems.

• Antacids: Taking antacids like aluminum or magnesium hydroxide may reduce the absorption of Turbovas-10 Tablet. It's best to take them at least two hours apart.

• Anticoagulants: Warfarin can increase the risk of bleeding when taken with Rosuvastatin, requiring closer monitoring of blood clotting.

• HIV protease inhibitors: Medications like ritonavir can increase Turbovas-10 Tablet blood levels, raising the risk of muscle damage (myopathy).

• Fibrates: Combining fibrates such as fenofibrate or gemfibrozil with Rosuvastatin can increase the risk of severe muscle issues like rhabdomyolysis.

• Immunosuppressants: Cyclosporine significantly increases the effects of Turbovas-10 Tablet, raising the risk of adverse muscle reactions.

Turbovas-10 Tablet has no known significant food interactions.

Turbovas-10 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver disease: If you have active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevations in hepatic transaminases, taking Turbovas-10 Tablet may worsen your condition.

• Renal impairment: For patients with severe renal insufficiency, lower doses of Turbovas-10 Tablet are recommended as it may increase the risk of side effects.

• Hypothyroidism: If you have hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid gland), you need to be cautious while taking this medicine as it might lead to muscle damage.
