TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 interacts with the following medicines:

• Penicillin Antibiotics such as Amoxicillin: Concurrent use may reduce antibacterial effectiveness.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin: Dose adjustment may be required due to altered clotting parameters.
• Antacids, iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium supplements: These reduce absorption and should be taken several hours apart.
• Oral contraceptives: Effectiveness may be reduced; additional contraceptive measures are advised.

TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 interacts with the following foods:

• Milk and dairy products: It may reduce absorption and should be avoided close to dosing time.

TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Gastrointestinal disorders:  TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 may irritate the gastric and oesophageal mucosa, leading to nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or oesophagitis. 
• History of antibiotic-associated colitis: Use of TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 can disrupt normal intestinal flora, increasing the risk of Clostridioides difficile-associated diarrhoea and colitis. 
• Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE): Tetracyclines have been associated with drug-induced lupus and may aggravate underlying autoimmune activity. Individuals with SLE may experience worsening of symptoms during therapy.

The daily dose of TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 is determined by the doctor based on the infection type, severity, and patient-specific factors. Follow the prescribed schedule strictly.

Overdose of TT 250 MG CAPSULE 10 may cause nausea, vomiting, fever, jaundice, gastrointestinal bleeding, or liver enzyme abnormalities. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.
