Trioderm Cream is used for short-term management of steroid-responsive inflammatory skin conditions complicated by a susceptible bacterial or fungal infection.

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream. 
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and gently massage it into the surrounding skin.

Trioderm Cream is applied topically.

Trioderm Cream consists of two main active ingredients:

• Fluocinolone (0.01 %): This is the corticosteroid component. It works by reducing inflammation or swelling in the skin by suppressing the body's immune response. This helps relieve redness, itching, and swelling.
• Miconazole (2 %): This broad-spectrum antifungal agent helps control fungal growth. It alters the structure of the fungal cell membrane by inhibiting the production of ergosterol, which is a key component of the membrane. This disruption leads to leakage of cellular contents, thereby inhibiting fungal growth.
• Neomycin (0.5 %): It is an antibiotic effective against bacterial skin infections by inhibiting protein synthesis in bacteria, thus halting their growth.

• Store Trioderm Cream in a cool, dry place where the temperature below 30°C.
• Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
• Ensure the tube is sealed tightly after each use.
