Teneligliptin (20 Mg)

Tineptin 20 MG Tablet 10 is used to manage type 2 diabetes by increasing insulin release, decreasing glucagon levels, and lowering blood glucose. It is used alongside diet and exercise.

This medicine also helps in preventing severe long-term complications associated with diabetes. These include kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, limb amputations, and even sexual dysfunction.

Antifungal medications: Antifungals like ketoconazole and itraconazole may increase the level of teneligliptin in your body, causing unwanted side effects.
Antibiotics: Medicines like rifampicin, a known CYP3A4 inducer, may decrease the levels of teneligliptin in your body, reducing its effectiveness.
Other antidiabetic agents: Combining Tineptin 20 MG Tablet 10 with other anti-diabetes medications like insulin can increase the risk of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar).
