Tenxima Xt Stop Tablet 10 is used in adults to control excessive or prolonged bleeding from various causes, helping reduce blood loss and support the body's natural clotting process.

Uses of Tenxima Xt Stop Tablet 10 are:

• Heavy Menstrual Bleeding: Helps reduce blood loss and duration in women with heavy periods (menorrhagia).
• Post-Surgical Bleeding: Controls bleeding following procedures such as dental extractions, prostate, or bladder surgery.
• Nosebleeds and Eye Bleeding: Helps stop bleeding in the nose (epistaxis) and inside the eye (hyphaema).
• Hereditary Angioedema: Helps manage swelling episodes associated with this hereditary condition.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

• Tranexamic acid (500 mg): It is an antifibrinolytic that works by inhibiting the breaking of blood clots, preventing excessive bleeding. It does this by blocking a specific enzyme that dissolves blood clots.
