Tamodex 10 Tablet may interact with the following medications:

• Anticoagulants like Warfarin: The concomitant use may increase the risk of excessive bleeding.
• Antibiotics like Rifampin: The concomitant use may reduce the effectiveness of Tamoxifen.
• SSRIs like Fluoxetine, Paroxetine: The concomitant use may reduce the effect of Tamoxifen.
• Chemotherapy medications such as Anastrozole, Letrozole and Exemestane: Consult your doctor for concurrent cancer treatments.

• Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice, as it may interfere with Tamodex 10 Tablet’s metabolism.

Tamodex 10 Tablet may interact with the following conditions:

• Blood clot disorders: This tablet may increases risk of deep vein thrombosis.
• Endometrial hyperplasia: This tablet can cause irregular periods, and if the bleeding is heavy, it could be a warning sign for a certain type of cancer affecting the lining of your womb.
• Liver disease: Requires dosage adjustment if you have existing liver disease.

The daily dose of Tamodex 10 Tablet should be taken as your doctor prescribes. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as age, the severity of the condition, and response to treatment.

Taking more than the prescribed dose can cause dizziness, tremors, irregular heartbeat, and seizures. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose occurs.

In case you forget a dose of Tamodex 10 Tablet, take it promptly upon recollection. However, avoid repeating the dose.
