Su Mag Ointment is used to manage hyperkeratotic and inflammatory skin conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, corns, calluses, ichthyosis, and keratosis. It helps soften thickened skin, reduce dryness, itching, and inflammation, and manage bacterial skin involvement. The formulation supports skin hydration, exfoliation, infection control, and healing of rough, scaly, or irritated skin.

• Magnesium Sulphate: Magnesium sulphate, commonly known as Epsom salt, has anti-inflammatory and exfoliating properties. It helps soothe sore muscles, reduce skin inflammation and improve hydration. In ointments, it supports wound healing by drawing out toxins, reducing swelling and calming irritated skin, making it effective for various skin and muscle ailments.
   
• Urea: Urea is a keratolytic agent that softens and hydrates the skin by dissolving the bonds between dead skin cells. It improves skin barrier function, relieves dryness and supports the absorption of other active ingredients. Urea is commonly used in managing dry, scaly skin ailments like eczema, psoriasis and ichthyosis.
