Skab L 1% Cream is used for managing and eliminating head lice infestations, offering a safe and effective topical solution. Formulated with Permethrin 1% in a cream rinse base, Skab L targets and immobilises lice and their eggs, supporting their removal from hair and scalp. The formulation is enriched with a perfumed cream rinse base, making it easy to apply and rinse off. Its active ingredient, Permethrin, is known for its potent insecticidal properties, which help break the lice life cycle and manage re-infestation when used correctly. 

• Permethrin B.P. (1.000% w/w): Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that helps paralyse and manage lice and their larvae by disrupting their nerve cell function. It binds to sodium channels, leading to paralysis and eventual death of the parasites. When used correctly, it may also help manage nits, reducing the risk of re-infestation.
