It is a combination urological medicine. Take it exactly as directed by your doctor. Continue taking it as prescribed, even if your symptoms improve. Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor.
Regular, moderate fluid intake throughout the day can help manage urinary symptoms; avoid drinking large amounts of fluid close to bedtime. Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake, as these can worsen bladder urgency.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have low blood pressure, liver problems, kidney problems, eye conditions requiring surgery (such as cataract surgery), or are taking other medicines. Stand up slowly from a sitting or lying position to reduce the risk of dizziness. Inform your doctor if you are taking medicines for blood pressure, as dose adjustments may be needed.
