Sebonac Gel is used to manage inflammatory acne vulgaris, severe blackheads, and localised plaque scaling associated with conditions like psoriasis and blocked pores. It features Salicylic Acid 1% as its primary active ingredient. This medication works through its keratolytic action to deeply exfoliate dead epidermal cells and dissolve stubborn follicular plugs. The gel reduces redness and localised swelling to refine skin texture, so use it strictly as prescribed by your doctor.

• Salicylic Acid: A key ingredient that helps in exfoliating the skin, unclogging pores and reducing acne breakouts. It may penetrate deep into the pores to dissolve excess oil and dead skin cells and reduce blackheads and whiteheads.
