Rosycap Gold 10/150 Capsule 15 is used for the following conditions:

• Prevention of heart attacks

Follow these instructions while taking Rosycap Gold 10/150 Capsule 15:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day to help you remember.

Rosycap Gold 10/150 Capsule 15 contains three active ingredients that work together to improve cardiovascular health:

• Aspirin (150 mg): Works by irreversibly inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, which reduces the production of prostaglandins and thromboxane A2, preventing platelets from sticking together and forming blood clots.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Selectively blocks the binding of adenosine diphosphate to its platelet receptor called P2Y12, preventing activation of the GPIIb/IIIa complex that is essential for platelet aggregation and blood clot formation.

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): Competitively inhibits the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which plays a key role in cholesterol production in the liver, helping to lower total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol (bad cholesterol), and triglycerides while modestly increasing HDL-cholesterol (good cholesterol) levels.
