Rofluz 500 Mcg Tablet 10 is used to manage COPD.

Rofluz 500 Mcg Tablet 10 contains Roflumilast (0.5 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• PDE4 inhibition: Roflumilast selectively blocks an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4), which normally breaks down a substance called cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in your lungs.

• Increased cAMP levels: By preventing the breakdown of cAMP, roflumilast increases the concentration of this substance in lung tissues, which helps control inflammation.

• Airway muscle relaxation: The increased cAMP levels help relax the muscles around your airways, making it easier to breathe.

• Reduced inflammation: This medicine decreases inflammation in the lungs, which is a key factor in COPD symptoms and flare-ups.

Rofluz 500 Mcg Tablet 10 must be stored as instructed below to maintain its efficacy:

• Store the medication at temperatures below 30°C.
