Reluease Tablet 10

Reluease Tablet 10 is used to manage heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, and hormone-related symptoms caused by uterine fibroids and endometriosis in adult women.

Reluease Tablet 10 contains the following components:

• Relugolix (40 mg): This is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist. It works by blocking GnRH receptors in the pituitary gland, which reduces the release of hormones such as luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). This leads to a decrease in estrogen production from the ovaries, helping control the growth and activity of hormone-dependent conditions such as uterine fibroids and endometriosis.
• Estradiol (1 mg): This is a form of estrogen that helps maintain stable estrogen levels in the body. It is included in the combination to prevent excessively low estrogen levels that may occur with GnRH antagonist therapy. Maintaining moderate estrogen levels helps reduce symptoms such as hot flushes and protects bone health.
• Norethisterone acetate (0.5 mg): This is a synthetic progestin that helps balance the effects of estrogen on the uterine lining. It reduces the risk of endometrial overgrowth and contributes to hormonal stability during treatment.

• Keep the medicine in its original packaging.
