Reluease Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, enalapril): Estrogen-containing medicines may influence blood pressure regulation. Patients taking antihypertensive medicines may require monitoring of blood pressure during treatment.
• Antiepileptic medicines (e.g., carbamazepine, phenytoin): These medicines may increase hepatic enzyme activity and enhance the metabolism of hormonal medicines, which may reduce the effectiveness of treatment.
• Antitubercular medicines (e.g., rifampicin): These medicines strongly induce hepatic enzymes and may reduce the effectiveness of hormonal components and relugolix by increasing their metabolism.
• CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir): Strong inhibitors of CYP3A4 may increase the blood levels of relugolix and hormonal components, potentially increasing the risk of side effects.
• P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitors (e.g., erythromycin, verapamil): These medicines may increase the blood levels of relugolix by reducing its efflux from cells. Concomitant use should be done with caution, and dose timing adjustments may be required.

Use Reluease Tablet 10 with caution if you have:

• History of blood clots or thromboembolism: Estrogen-containing medicines may increase the risk of blood clots in susceptible individuals.
• Hormone-dependent cancers: Patients with breast cancer or other estrogen-dependent cancers should consult a doctor before taking this medicine.
• Osteoporosis or low bone mineral density: Although estradiol is included to help maintain bone health, prolonged treatment may still affect bone mineral density in some individuals. Bone health monitoring may be recommended during treatment.
• Severe liver disease: Patients with severe hepatic impairment may experience altered metabolism of hormonal medicines.

Take Reluease Tablet 10 exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent hormone levels in the body. Do not change the dose or stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor, as sudden discontinuation may affect hormonal balance and treatment effectiveness.

Taking more than the prescribed dose may increase the risk of side effects such as nausea, headache, or hormonal disturbances. Seek medical attention if an overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two tablets at the same time.
