Recon Gm Cream 10 Gm is used to treat inflamed, infected skin conditions.

Uses of Recon Gm Cream 10 Gm are:

• Infected Dermatitis and Eczema: Treats inflamed skin with a secondary infection.

• Mixed Skin Infections: Manages fungal infections complicated by bacteria.

• Symptom Relief: Reduces itching, redness and scaling.

Follow these instructions while using Recon Gm Cream 10 Gm:

• Apply the cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Gently clean and dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer over the affected skin area.
• Wash your hands before and after application unless treating the hands.
• Avoid covering treated areas with airtight dressings unless advised by your doctor.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Do not apply to severely broken skin unless advised by your doctor. 
• Do not use on the face, groin, underarms, or skin folds for more than a short period unless specifically advised by your doctor.

Recon Gm Cream 10 Gm is applied topically.

Recon Gm Cream 10 Gm contains the following components:

• Clobetasol propionate (0.05%): This is a potent topical corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, swelling, and itching by suppressing inflammatory responses in the skin. It provides rapid relief in severe inflammatory skin conditions but requires careful use to avoid side effects with prolonged application.
• Miconazole (2%): This is an antifungal agent that inhibits fungal cell membrane synthesis, leading to elimination of fungi responsible for common skin infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, and candidal infections.
• Neomycin (0.5%): This is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, helping eliminate susceptible bacteria present in infected skin lesions and preventing worsening of infection.

• Store Recon Gm Cream 10 Gm at room temperature below 30°C.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Store in a dry place away from moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Moisturise your skin regularly using a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser to help maintain skin hydration.
• Avoid hot showers, harsh soaps, and known skin triggers such as allergens or irritating fabrics.
• Wear loose, breathable cotton clothing to reduce moisture buildup in infected areas.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and keep skin clean and dry.
• Stay well hydrated and follow a balanced diet to support skin recovery.
