Rabistrum Odin Tablet 10 is used to prevent and manage nausea and vomiting, including that caused by cancer chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery, and to manage conditions linked to excess stomach acid such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and duodenal ulcers.
It contains ondansetron, which helps control nausea and vomiting, and rabeprazole, which reduces the amount of acid the stomach produces. Take it as prescribed, generally before meals or as directed by your doctor, and continue for the full course advised.
Eating smaller, more frequent meals and avoiding spicy, fatty or acidic foods can help reduce stomach acid and ease reflux symptoms. Staying upright for a while after eating and avoiding late-night meals may also help.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver problems, heart rhythm disturbances, or are taking other medicines, particularly those affecting heart rhythm. Tell your doctor if you notice persistent constipation, severe stomach pain, or a fast or irregular heartbeat. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
