Pregnin Retard 40mg Capsule 10 is used for the following:

• Treatment of Raynaud's phenomenon
• Helps manage symptoms associated with arteriosclerosis, such as poor peripheral circulation
• Prevention of premature labour
• Improving blood circulation in the hands and feet
• Relaxing the uterine muscles during pregnancy
• Managing decreased blood flow to the extremities
• Relieving symptoms of poor circulation
• Preventing complications of arteriosclerosis

Follow these instructions while taking Pregnin Retard 40mg Capsule 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Take it at the same time each day for the best results.

Pregnin Retard 40mg Capsule 10 contains isoxsuprine (40 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Blood Vessel Dilation: Isoxsuprine relaxes and widens blood vessels throughout your body, which increases blood flow to various organs and tissues, particularly in the hands and feet.
• Peripheral Circulation Improvement: It enhances blood circulation in peripheral blood vessels, which helps alleviate symptoms of conditions like Raynaud's phenomenon, where poor circulation causes numbness and pain in extremities.
• Uterine Muscle Relaxation: Isoxsuprine reduces the strength of contractions in the uterus (womb), which makes it effective in preventing premature labour in pregnant women.
