Phosmid 500 MG Injection 1 is administered either intravenously or via an intramuscular route.

Phosmid 500 MG Injection 1 contains the following component: 

• Cyclophosphamide (500 mg): It is an alkylating agent that, after injection, is converted in the liver and releases an active form that damages the DNA in rapidly dividing cells, particularly cancer cells. DNA damage disrupts the cell's ability to divide and replicate, leading to the death of cancer cells. Cyclophosphamide can also suppress the immune system, which is beneficial in diseases where the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues, such as in certain autoimmune conditions. In addition to its anticancer effects, cyclophosphamide has anti-inflammatory properties, making it useful in conditions like nephrotic syndrome.
