• Drugs dependent on gastric pH for absorption: Panilox 40 MG Tablet 10 can affect the absorption of medicines like ketoconazole, erlotinib and atazanavir, due to its ability to reduce stomach acid.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin: Co-administration of warfarin and Panilox 40 MG Tablet 10 may increase the risk of bleeding, as pantoprazole can enhance the effect of warfarin.
• Antimetabolites such as methotrexate: Panilox 40 MG Tablet 10 can potentially increase the levels of methotrexate in the blood, leading to increased toxicity.
• Cytochrome P450-metabolised medicines: such as theophylline, which are metabolised by this enzyme system, may interact with Panilox 40 MG Tablet 10, altering their effects.
